The rules, short

Specific. A moment, and what you were trying to do.
Shared. Other people would recognize it.
Solvable, at least in theory.
A problem, not a wish list. "I want a better phone" is a purchase.
Not a review, an argument, or a complaint about a person.
Fit for a general audience. Nothing graphic, sexual, hateful, or cruel.
